Christine Jung is President and CEO of Blue Clarity – a Customer Experience and IT Strategy women-owned small business headquartered in Tysons Corner, VA. Since 2010, Blue Clarity has helped federal government and commercial customers discover, implement, and improve their products and services by blending strategy and analytics with customer insights, design and creative thinking.
With over 20 years of experience as a strategy consultant and systems engineer, Ms. Jung has worked for and advised at Gartner, Booz-Allen Hamilton, and Lockheed Martin. She specializes in advising clients on leveraging innovative design thinking methodologies and strategies to build great online user and customer service experiences through business modeling, service design, social media and technology. Ms. Jung holds a Master’s in Information and Telecommunication Systems from John Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University. As well as participating in Executive Education at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design by Stanford University, she also holds certifications in ITIL Foundation v3 and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Stephen (Steve) Craft serves as Director of Strategy & Growth and NASA Account Executive at Blue Clarity, where he leads capture strategy, business development, and client engagement across NASA and other federal civilian agencies. He brings 24 years of experience working with NASA, providing deep institutional knowledge of the Agency’s mission, culture, programs, and acquisition environment.
Over the course of his career supporting NASA, Steve has worked closely with government leaders, program managers, researchers, and industry partners to advance innovation, research, and operational initiatives. His experience spans strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and the development of partnerships that translate complex mission needs into practical, implementable solutions. He is particularly experienced in supporting innovation challenges, applied research efforts, and collaborative models that bridge government, industry, and academia.
In his current role at Blue Clarity, Steve leverages his long-standing NASA experience to guide growth strategy, align technical capabilities with agency priorities, and strengthen client relationships. His approach emphasizes disciplined strategy, mission alignment, and a clear path from ideas to execution in support of NASA’s scientific, exploration, and technology development objectives.
Neil is a climate-tech innovator and mission-driven entrepreneur dedicated to accelerating the adoption of technologies that drive the transition to a sustainable future while safeguarding biodiversity for future generations.
With a background in computer systems engineering, Neil brings technical and strategic insight to climate solutions. He has led initiatives across consumer engagement, business development, and nonprofit leadership, leveraging his cross-sector experience to build scalable, impact-driven programs, and serves as the project lead for a UNESCO Ocean Decade Project.
Patrick Walters is an Innovation Manager at Blue Clarity, working with Federal government and other clients to host technical hackathons and modernize technology platforms. Before working with Blue Clarity, Patrick worked several years in the dialysis and orthopaedic device medical operations space, specializing in operations management, supply chain, and analytics. Additionally, Patrick served 8 years in the U.S. Air Force with expertise in satellite communications and intelligence industries.
Patrick holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tennessee.
